- Runrig -
Scottish Folk-Rock
Runrig, que deriva de un término agropecuario definido en Escocia e Irlanda, es el nombre que adopto esta banda de los hermanos Rory y Calum McDonald y el baterista Blair Douglas. Más tarde se les uniría el fantástico vocalista Donnie Munro, quien permanecería en la banda hasta 1997. A mediados de 1988 ya tenían reemplazo, Bruce Guthro. Su estilo folk Rock con letras que evocan el orgullo celta hacen que esta banda agrupe muchos fanáticos tanto en Escocia, Dinamarca y Canadá.
