-Si hablan pavadas soy mudo.

4) la tendencia a evitar mirar a los ojos a los demás;

-Cuando Hablo siempre miro a los ojos pero bajo la vista para no intimidar cunado el otro empieza a pestañar, y me causa mucha gracia jaja.

5) la costumbre de hablar en voz baja o suave.

Yo soy introvertido, disfruto mas estar conmigo mismo que con muchas personas, pero mas que nada por la libertad que me da ese estado, odio estar atado a lo que los demas quieren. Y por otra parte uno se conoce mejor y sabe lo que le gusta, sus capacidades, cosa que si estas pendiente de los demas no podes, sos lo que tu circulo crea de vos, te ves limitado, hasta incluso adoptas hobbies y demas cosas meramente sociales que en realidad no disfrutas.

Yo tengo dos facetas, estoy en la transicion digamos, y noto gran progreso en mi. Un consejito personal, que a mi me esta ayudando. O lo enfrentan directamente cosa que yo no puedo, o van eliminando las inseguridades que les provoca la socializacion, si en tu circulo no queres tomar riesgos, andate a ese bar o a cualquiera que te cruzes, sacale conversacion si te da cosa, intenta con miradas hasta que la persona que observas la baje primero y asi ganar confianza. Con esa gente que probablemente no veas nunca mas en tu vida, proba, mejora tus habilidades, mira sus reacciones. Algo que hago, es que cuando no estoy de humor suelo tomar un poco de alcohol, no mucho, lo suficiente como para liberarme pero seguir conciente de todo, no hacerlo con mucha frecuencia, (se entiende, si no tomas mucho con una botella maximo estas) esto te va a liberar de presiones y presta atencion conductas. A mi me funciono de alguna manera.

Se positivo tambien.
