Alien incident es una curiosa aventura gráfica 2D de ciencia ficción que podrán disfrutar personas de todas las edades. Los puzzles no son difíciles o ilógicos, el desarrollo del juego y la interfaz son bastante directos y la historia es divertida y poco violenta. Los gráficos y la música mejoran a la vez que avanzas en el juego.

El juego no esta basado en ninguna de las dos películas, sino que presenta las adorables equivocaciones que hicieron que todo adolescente de los ochenta se sintiera bien (debido a que siempre podrían mirar a dos incompetentes como Wayne y Garth y ver que todo perro tiene más de un día de suerte).
