Nobita se despierta (de un sueño o del coma) y se da cuenta que todo lo que había vivido en la serie era un sueño y que Doraemon no existe. En esta leyenda Nobita suele tener alguna enfermedad que varía segnobita-en-coma.jpgún la versión. Algunos hablan de paraplejía, un coma o va en silla de ruedas. La leyenda se engorda cuando se dice que el hipotético capítulo ha causado suicidios en Japón.
