Para cocinar este tipo de huevos, se tienen que tener en cuenta tres aspectos:

1- La integridad de la cáscara (sin fisuras, etc.).
2- Ajustar el tiempo de cocción.
3- Cocinarlos partiendo de agua hirviendo y sin tapar.
