Homenaje a Reinaldo Carlos "Mostaza" Merlo



Se trata de uno de los ídolos máximos que tuvo River Plate, el es Reinaldo "Mostaza" Merlo, lo de "Mostaza" le quedó por su cabellera. Esta figura del fútbol nacional nació el 20 de mayo de 1950 en Capital Federal.

Nalbandian nació el Día de Año Nuevo de 1982 en Unquillo, Córdoba. Comenzó a jugar a los 5 años de edad gracias a una cancha que le construyó en el fondo de su casa su abuelo "Paco", de origen armenio, y rápidamente se transformó en una de las mayores promesas del tenis argentino, lo que se ratificó cuando se impuso en el campeonato juniors del US Open de 1998. En el año 2000 se volvió profesional y al año siguiente ya se encontraba entre los 50 mejores jugadores del mundo según el Sistema de Entradas (Entry System), luego de ganar los challengers de Salinas y Montevideo, y alcanzar la final del torneo ATP de Palermo.

Llegó el transfer desde la Federación Mexicana y Sebastián Abreu podrá ser titular el miércoles contra Universidad de San Martín por la Copa Libertadores. De esta manera el uruguayo, quien viajó hoy con el resto de la delegación a Perú, debutará en el equipo del Cholo.



River Plate viajó hoy a Perú para enfrentarse el miércoles a Universidad San Martín de Porres en el partido del Grupo 5 de la Copa Libertadores, y con una muy buena noticia bajo el brazo: llegó el transfer de Sebastián Abreu y podrá ser titular. Ayer se vio frustrado su debut en el torneo Clausura porque la Federación Mexicana de Fútbol se había demorado en enviarlo, pero después de la presión de los dirigentes de Núñez se solucionó el tema.
