La época de Mick Taylor: días de refinamiento y descontrol


Separados los Beatles y muerto Brian Jones, el cambio de década impuso a los Rolling Stones la necesidad de demostrar que podían mantener durante los 70 el mismo liderazgo artístico que habían alcanzado durante los 60. De la mano del guitarrista Mick Taylor renovaron su estética y grabaron discos tan valiosos como Sticky Fingers o Exile on Main Street y canciones clásicas como Brown Sugar, Tumbling Dice, Angie o It's Only Rock n Roll. Mientras el rock duro nacía con Led Zeppelin y Deep Purple, la psicodelia se veía representada en Pink Floyd y el rock sinfónico tenía como caballitos de batalla a Yes y al Genesis de Peter Gabriel, los Stones se las arreglaron para permanecer vigentes a pesar de la fuerte competencia y de los interminables problemas de sus integrantes con las drogas pesadas. Aquí se relatan los cinco años del período con Mick Taylor en la banda.

El proyecto ideado por la cartera de Defensa establece que los uniformados deben someterse a la Justicia ordinaria. Prevé un régimen disciplinario que elimina planteos discriminatorios.

Mañana el Senado transformaría en ley la derogación del Código de Justicia Militar y con él los tribunales especiales y la pena de muerte en la Argentina. El proyecto del Gobierno –que obtuvo media sanción de la Cámara de Diputados en noviembre pasado– establece que los miembros de las Fuerzas Armadas deben someterse a la Justicia ordinaria ante cualquier delito contemplado en el Código Penal y que éstos puedan apelar las sanciones militares ante la Justicia Federal. La iniciativa gestada por el Ministerio de Defensa también crea un “Procedimiento Penal Militar para tiempos de guerra” y un código disciplinario que suprime el castigo por homosexualidad y pena como faltas la discriminación y el acoso sexual.
