" Debutamos en Buenos Aires en el Instituto Di Tella en el mes de marzo de 1969. Unos días después, el 7 de abril, hicimos nuestra segunda presentación en el Teatro del Globo. Lo dirigía María Luisa Bemberg. Iniciábamos un ciclo en el que también participaban La Cofradía de la Flor Solar y otros grupos importantes. Esa noche, blandiendo un "Philips" de cinta abierta, apareció por la puerta del teatro Amadeo Alvarez, cantante de Los In y cálido amigo. Apoyó simplemente el grabador sobre las tablas del escenario y registró nuestro segundo concierto en vivo. No existían consolas de sonido como las actuales con las que mezclar voces e instrumentos y tomar señal de audio para la grabación. Los "monitores" para referencia fiel de lo que tocábamos y cantábamos, ¡aún no habían sido inventados! Tiempos de labor súper artesanal en lo musical y en lo técnico. Era el comienzo de lo que mucho tiempo más tarde se llamaría rock nacional. Nosotros no lo sabíamos, solo lo hacíamos. "
