Si los iconos salen rotos intenta esto:
Debes tener algo asi o parecido:
# We include the /icons/ alias for FancyIndexed directory listings. If

Alias /icons/ "c:/apache2/icons/"
Options Indexes MultiViews
AllowOverride None
Order allow,deny
Allow from all
y se ve (antes)
imagen ya bien deberia verse como (Despues)
en el archivo C:wampbinapacheapache2.2.22confextrahttpd-autoindex.conf
debe de quedar asi:
# We include the /icons/ alias for FancyIndexed directory listings. If
# you do not use FancyIndexing, you may comment this out.
#
Alias /icons/ "C:/wamp/bin/apache/apache2.2.22/icons/"
Options Indexes MultiViews
AllowOverride None
Order allow,deny
Allow from all
sustituir C:/wamp/bin/apache/apache2.2.22/icons/ por tu ruta de iconos
