[ayuda] con battlefiend 3 fps..

amigos termino de ver un gameplay de battlefields 3 y estas son las configuraciones.

Resolution: 1024x768

FPS is:
without fraps min: 30 fps, avg - 45 fps, max - 60 fps
record with fraps: 30 fps

a mi parecer la pc no esta rindiendo como tendria que rendir, en el caso de que asi sea, cual podria ser el problema?
