Ayuda unleash plis

Bien mi hermano compro un xbox negro (el primero) y total no lee discos, dice el mensaje de

Unable to launch "D:default.xbe". File does not exist.

Que puedo hacer?

Y donde descargar el Unleash ya que el zbintaller o como se llame pesa 4gb
